Vegetable Cream Soup

Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 cup diced potatoes
  • 1 large chopped onion
  • 2 carrots shredded
  • 1/2 cup celery
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 1 tbsp parsley flakes
  • 8 oz Hinterland Dairy quark
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can evaporated milk

Instructions
 

  1. Place all vegetables in a large pot with enough water to cover vegetables.
  2. Boil vegetables until soft.
  3. Add chicken bouillon cubes, parsley flakes, quark, soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Continue cooking until all is blended.
